It is a non-governmental organization with affiliation to the Ministry of Agriculture (MINAG) and Jamaica Livestock Association (JLA), and possesses its own Board of Management and Secretariat. It is also a member of the Jamaica Agricultural Society (JAS).

I love Neil's operations, that's exactly what I have in mind.i have been planning for years to make my retirement vocation exactly that.i have experience with livestock and general agriculture, am in Canada now but will be returning home soon, does Neil manufacture those chaff cutters ?
