Yuzuhiko comes out to the living room and sees Mother folding the laundry and Mikan reading a magazine on the sofa. He says there's no space for him and goes into his room. Mother tells Mikan that Yuzuhiko had always been a difficult child who never slept once in the baby crib and was always scared of the neighbors if they gave them attention. On the other hand, Mikan was apparently idolized among the neighbors.
