yes, with some changes.
Start at 1:26 (just ignore that triangle at bottom, it will get hidden).
Before 6:53 you'll probably have to fold the bottom a little bit, otherwise the body will be too long
The coin I'm using in this video (1 Brazilian Real) has a diameter of 27mm. I think 1 dollar coin has almost the same size
to fold with 500 euro start at 1:26 (just ignore that triangle at bottom, it will get hidden).

This model can be folded with any other bill, even shorter ones like pounds (with some simple changes)
to those saying it is impossible to create with a us dollar, it is not. sure, mine came out a little lopsided and can't stand up, but it still looks adorable and can hold a silver/gold dollar.

good video, thank you. one complaint? is that using a dollar-copy that's white on the back is a bit confusing ... dollars also fold a bit differently, why not use a real dollar for the video? but it's a good clear video and I really appreciate it ... I'm using it to make a gift
