Family member Uncle, cousin stepfather etc. The mother and the whole family must realize the importance of this the kids will never understand well maybe after too late. Sports have created defacto fathers with coaches. None of these are ideal but mothers and families must realize that takes a village but we get so focused in our own lives and young men needs change from bring 3 /4 year old, 8/9 year olds, young teens to 17/18 year olds. But if there is no real stable male figure it will be more difficult to grow into a man of character
