they should try to mount a water cannon on the top of the side of the boat so you do not need to stand in the water . water cannons are strong .and you can build your own .thanks for the vid sir.
Dont think he understands just what you mean. If you are talking about the ones that have an air line attached then it would work very well. We used them in the merchant navy on big bulk carriers to wash the holds out after unloading, 50 meter range no problem

Těžba písku na Vietnamském Mekongu. Každá loď má naloženo více jak 100m3 písku = 200-250t. Ale pod tím mostem by se uplatnil vrátek s obsluhou na pevně zakotveném pontonu a vratným plovákem který by vždy proudem vody doplaval zpět s koncovkou ocelového lana k místu kde by se připojila další loď k protažení pod mostem mezi pilíři a ušetřila by se tím spousta pohonných hmot.

this is what I'd do to Louisiana etc built below sea level ... just fill it in to 10 ft above sea level and replace the topsoil that was previously scraped
