I'm quite impressed by how clean the Navy band sounds here, perhaps their outdoor environment is aiding them. Crazy good musicianship and great performance of some Kenneth Alford though!
Leonard Trebors umm they’re clean regardless. It’s rough playing outdoors so not ideal. Cleanest I’ve heard is “the President’s own” but all the premier bands are amazing
Hey Hey Heeeey..... There is no walking around during a concert! You gotta pee you hold it.... Like the Eagle Squadron did. Like a man. GO EUPHONIUMS!!!!!!
March written for the three squadrons of the RAF with pilot's from the USA prior to the entrance of the USA into ww2, after the US entered the war they transferred the the USAAF as the 4th fighter group and live on as the 4th Operations Group and stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.
Thats also the cleanest piccolo part Ive ever heard on any rendition of this song. Beautifully done!

"Beware of blast" should be a sticker on the end of a piccolo. LOL
Sounds like as if it was played by a band in the British Armed Forces. Frightfully well done!

Wonder how many people walking by even know who this march was for?
