Saffron Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 chicken thigh ( remove skin and fat)
1 onion
1 tsp of kosher salt for the chicken and pepper.
few strands of saffron and hot water.
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomatoes paste
1/2 tsp on turmeric (optional)
