Heyyyy lovelies, thank you for watching. I should have explained a bit more than I did in the video. If I were to use Black - I would have only used it to fill the sea horse cavities. Then once the Black cured, I would have filled the mould with clear Blue :) x
❤
I love the floating water look..
Beautiful seahorses❤😊
I love the result. I think is perfect! It really looks like they're in water! Which is perfect! 😍
So glad you didn't use black, even a hole through them and hung up to twirl would look amazing. Thank you 🌷
I think those turned out really pretty. I really like the look of the one with the lone seahorse.
Looking forward to this
I just watched Wendy's vid and WOW!!! AWESOME stuff so I can't wait to see this too!!! I watch all u guys everyday all day long and I've never even crafted anything in my life!! Lol U all have me hooked!!❤❤❤
@@elizabethcianciola3892 that is so very sweet 💜💜💜💜
@Toonpish I am OBSESSED w/ u!!! I love ur style and how creative u r!!! I sent u a message a while ago about doin a pyramid lamp for me. I'm Paralyzed from the waist down so I can't really craft but after seeing u I fell in love!! Lol It has made my month that u replied!!! ❤️❤️❤️‼️
@@elizabethcianciola3892 aww thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰 I really appreciate that 🥰🥰
Absolutely gorgeous! I love the floating effect without using black.
Another wonderful coaster making tutorial coming from you,Ms Claire 💜💜.Loved the ghostly sea horses, each and every color gives it extra beauty 😍😍💜💜
Great experiment
Beautiful! Love the tiny turner powders and Wendy's inlays. They are amazing.
Those inlays are beautiful. I like the albino seahorse. They are gorgeous. ❤❤
I love these!!
Gorgeous inlays and love the twist that you put in the procedure, Ms Claire. The Turquoise from behind gave it a new definition, abd ut turned out super beautiful 😍😍😍💜💜💜
Absolutely gorgeous and thanku for showing the difference with the black background
Definitely NOT lame. I enjoy different effects.
Beautiful ❤
You have outdone yourself, these are superb. 5*
Amazing Claire,just beautiful. 🩵🩵🩵
@@trevorburgess2695 thankyooooo Dad ❤️❤️❤️
What a great idea to apply the powder like you did! I LOVE these and they look stunning with that particular mold. Kudos to Wendy for the inlays…they are cool. Thank you! 💙💙💙
I think they look cool they way they are. 😃👍
I love the crinkle effect like a water effect for the seahorses ❤ the flakes look beautiful. I love iridescent anything, I think the DJINN is pronounced, Gin, if i remember, I dream of Jeannie ❤
Gorgeous seahorses, I love them. Thank you x
You and Wendy are my favorite craft people. I enjoy your videos.
I love them. Looks so natural. Prefer without the black. We'll done❤
Hi Claire! Well I have to say that I truly believe this was my favourite project from you!! Without the black background. I just love it!!!
Thank you so much for your vídeos and inspiration.
Love from spain 😊
@@toadysworld6207 thankyooooo so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Anything from The Tiny Turner, is stunning!! Those inlays are just adorable!! I actually like the coasters both ways!! Btw, so glad you’re back on At Home With Claire!!!
Love those inlays! ❤ The powders are gorgeous!
Claire, I think these coasters are beautiful the way you made them. 😍😍😍
I think they look great as they are.❤
I love the fact that they're reversible. beautiful job!
I like both coasters without the black background, but the light seahorse is so very pretty.
I love them jus the way they are. 💙
Love them Claire 🤩🥰
These are subtle, but I like them a lot.
I love these. They look like they are in water. I prefer them this way. No black.
I love the washed out look❤
Wendy’s inlays are really detailed and stunning! Actually I like the back of the coaster the best as the water color it very tropical and the seahorses are still visible.
Love them either way!
Wow! Lovely even without the dark background. That basilisk!! Those inlays!!!! Wendy, TinyTurner, you, you have all smashed it out if the park!
I love them as they are 😊
Absolutely love these, even without the black they look amazing, watched Wendy's video yday too on them, you 2 are so clever ❤
WOW These are amazing stunning 😍 !! I love 💕 them & you certainly achieved the seahorses floating in the water. The flakes, seahorses, mold & the colors you used are fantastic. Not sure about the black thou. Thank you for another great video Claire
Absolutely stunningly gorgeous Claire 😍 xoxo 💗
I love them they are amazing
I like them as is! ❤❤❤
I think these are stunning either way xx
I watched Wendy’s video and fell in love with these. Yours would look great with shells and other things to make it look even more sea-like. I’m ordering them. And having bought from Wendy before I know I won’t regret it x
Ooooooooh cool! 😊
❤❤❤ I love them!!
Love it, looks like fossils ❤ verry pretty😊
I think they are gorgeous the way they are. Love love love! Thank you for sharing ❤
I really like them without black background.
They came out beautiful
I love them - you could always use a black felt to put on the back to keep them from scratching delicate surfaces.
The mould, the inlays, the pigments, the imagination to put them together like this... Stunning! 💜
I think having a sand colored background (maybe even with a little sand and/or really small shells in it) might also look amazing making it look even more like the sea. Or with a dark blue/turqoise background (like the dept of the sea) make it stand out as well.
I think they came out pretty cool! ❤
I honestly love that for once it's stands out beautifully without black background the washed outness makes them look more natural and realistic
i like how they look
Just so beautiful ❤️
Gorgeous. I would pour black just over the seahorse and then do the turquoise to finish so you still get the water effect and the sea horses pop
they are so cute. I get the black popping the colors but I like them better without the black. I like the water look better for seahorses.
I like it ,itlookss more crsstaly waateer.
Very nice effects ❤
They look stunning!! Even though the colours of the seahorses don't pop as much on the lighter background, I think I prefer that option. Maybe if the colours of the seahorses weren't blue? So many options to try but they do look gorgeous.
"Djinn" is pronounced "jinn". 😊👍
I watched Wendy use her new seahorses yesterday. Aren't they gorgeous?!?
That Basilisk color is amazing!
OOOH! I *LOVE* the clear resin around these, Claire! The chameleon colors show up *perfectly!* Who needs black?! Not these pretty seahorses! 💕😍❤
I’m thinking that one of your grass botanicals as a backdrop would look fun too? Love the seahorses
I love them would like to put shells and bubbles in ❤
Your metal ruler looks just like mine. lol. Well used for many mediums.
Very pretty
Djinn is pronounced Gin, it’s a bad 🧞♂️ I believe Claire.
Just love how these all turned out, so pretty. ❤
These are beautiful ❤️ but since I'm a spooky gal I can't wait for the Halloween videos to start!! Love your channel Claire! I'm here to hear you say "Beautiful" in the best accent EVER!
I love them! I'm picturing a big tray with a little sand and then some green stems with their tails just lightly hooked around them amd a darker blue but not soo dark as final layer
I wish I could do resin!!!!
They are gorgeous Claire and (in my opinion) do not need the black background in this instance. 😊😊
Love them!! Be good to try backing just the seahorse in black with pall maybe PU resin and then still doing a transparent back layer! A full black layer would ruin it! X
I like them think they look real
Instead of a black background I imagine they would look epic if you put a solid sand and waves beach scene behind them. Still done in your textured coaster for the water texture 😀
I prefer them without the black background x
❤❤❤
Could you have put the powder on both sides? I think the turquoise would be perfect that way. However, I have to admit I loved them on black.
I like them without the black background. It's more like them being in water.
I have to say we prefer the coasters how they are without the black back ground
Hi Claire, we all know in the UK that Wilko have shut on the streets but today I got their Autumn drop email. The first person I thought of was you :)
@ravenna99 heyyyyyy lovely ... omg yes .. so I have still be getting e mails and they've just reopened their obscurely located stores 😂😂😂😂 thankyoooooo I am going to look online now
I enjoyed this video. Could you use black UV resin, just behind the seahorses, cure it and then use the clear?
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Claire I have a question. Can you use the inlays with eco pour?
heyyyyy Anita - yes absolutely :)
What did the etherial coaster look like with black behind it?
Acabo de ver esos mismos caballitos en el canal de Wendy??
I wonder if u could've just painted inside the seahorses with black acrylic paint, let it dry, and then still poured A light color of resin. Then you'd get the pop of black u need but the water wouldn't have to be black. I think black in that mold wouldn't look good if going for water look so that a what I would try... Still thought they turned out tho! 😃💙
ahhhh yes - I should have explained this better - I would have just filled the seahorses with Black - the rest of the coaster would still have been clear Blue :)
Are they now trapped in the resin? Wouldn’t it be better to make an imprint so you can reuse them?
heyyyy lovely - there is nothing trapped in resin ?
Claire peeled the silicone sea horses out before adding more resin so she still has them to use again!
@@annabarnard3084 ohhhh I missed that part … thanks!
I’m sorry, they aren’t doing it for me, I preferred Wendy’s project with them. I don’t know if it was the blue on blue, or if it was the coaster mold, but something just seemed off to me. But then, I like stuff most would dislike, so what do I know? It’s a good place to start from and I can’t wait to see what you do with them next.
Lame? Definitely not lame. Far from lame!
There, I used the word 'lame' in a comment. 😅🤣
haaaa thankyoooo :)
No, I like them clear - they are gorgeous 🤩 I didn’t like the black background, sorry.
Djinn= gin
❤❤❤
