Nothing like a trip to a cross stitch store! Just discoveries and such BIG plans! Happens to me every time. I have no such place here….i am jealous. So I save some money but so sad. I get my project ideas from people like you. Orders do come in daily. How we love stitching! Nice to see you again…been missing you both. Have been hearing so many compliments about Stitch North. I am finishing my last Christmas project for family and friends….now to do a couple Christmas for me. Hurry home. Bonnie
The day after I moved to San Diego to start my dream job, I met the woman who introduced me to my now-ex-husband. He was moving from NC to Orlando for his first job after junior college. It was whirlwind and 2 weeks after Katrina I was driving across the country with my 2 dogs in a 13 foot Budget Truck to move to Orlando. We ended up being there 5 1/2 years and it was 5 years too long!! 😂🤣😂 We just were not Florida people! I’m much happier in Seattle. I’m so happy y’all are having so much fun on your desperately needed break! See you soon!!
Loved the video tour of Inspired Needle! Keph, the model of the Quaker Sampler you started is beautiful! No one expects you to have both of your cross stitches finished by next week. But we do expect to see them on the brag table at Stitch West next year! 😬 Safe travels home! (BTW, you guys are indefatigable! I could use just 10% of your energy! ❤)

I went Inspired Needle a couple of months ago. I live in coastal Georgia and believe it or not it's the closest LNS to me. I enjoyed the shop immensely, I kept her busy cutting and serging for about an hour!

Inspired needle is now on my travel bucket list. I loved it. We have started decorating outside for Christmas. Not inside yet. Got to get the Christmas up before the snow flies
Welcome to Florida. It has been hot. Supposed to cool off later this week into the low 80’s here in sw Florida. So much different than the Utah Lived in western Colorado for 42 years so I get it. So jealous you got to do classes with Kathy HOD. I need a good stitching store by me. I wish I had known about the retreat in Sarasota. I’m only 45 minutes away. Great flosstube as always

Kathy did a great transformation of her shop space, I've only seen it on her videos. Glad you had fun, always great to visit an LNS when traveling. Feel better Debbie.
I only live like 40 minutes away from her shop! I have not started decorating for Christmas that will be at the end of November. I am working on the courage to start my needlepoint project. 😅
in general I dont think I think Karen at rosewood manor needs better friends. ...one who would tell her that she needs better pictures of her models! She would sell a billion more patterns with better pictures. Feel better. I'm aiming for a ton of finishes in the 2050 thousand =)
the do re mi is a super fun stitch (I need to frame mine for my son's music room) and the color conversions are awesome and someone even changed the runner to a "nun"
