To begin, Kiara starts off by parting the hair in a brick layered pattern so that the braids will lay flat. After parting the hair, she uses the Dosso Beauty Braid Control to add product to the root after splitting it in half. She then uses a rat tail comb to distribute the product evenly throughout the hair. Adding too much product to the hair will cause unnecessary buildup which can turn the hair white.
To begin braiding a knotless braid you will split the hair into 3 parts, and start a braid with the natural hair. Braid the hair down 2-3 times and then you can begin to feed in your Dosso Beauty Hypoallergenic Braiding Hair. This model is wearing the color 30. Our braiding hair is pre-cleansed of the harmful chemicals in the standard braiding hair in the market and is the perfect product for those with sensitive scalps.
Continue to feed in the braiding hair until you achieve your desired thickness. You can go in and add your Braid Control to the hair as you're braiding the hair down to smooth out the clients hair.
