This almost feels like a combination of hustling grind / mixed in with Attraction and the truth is everything we want is already done. It really doesn't matter what people do... all people ever really need is Clarity and fun. It kinda doesn't matter what food you eat or drug you do. What's more important is what influence you're under when you do those things. Thank you for this kick in the ass! I am just coming off a 2 day fast, and let me tell you, it's extremely difficult! I noticed this practice was helpful with focusing and finding positive, constructive ideas throughout the day (instead of eating). Up until 4 days ago, I've been working as a C.N.A. for ten yrs. I realized how burnt out I became, caring for others! Now is the time for me to care for myself, to be responsible for what decisions, and choices I am making. This explains so much. I spent much of my 30s and 40s in a depressive state. I was in a dangerous place. Then, I realized I was causing all this myself and well, I have been steadily improving since then. Now, I have found a great source, this channel, to learn more about how to "be". I guess I was ready! Thank you for your work and helping us all.

I feel like when ppl have legit trauma and they start to become aware of it. They naturally have to go through triggering situations several times until the response becomes less and less. Don't feel like just because you can't react to something neutral or extremely positive at once that you're a failure!
It's okay to have ups and downs along the way-each step forward is progress towards healing and growth.

I'm on the cusp of controlling my simulation- every narrative that I have told myself, consciously or not, came true. It was easy for negative narratives to come true, and now I'm finally starting to override those with the positive narratives I know will come to pass, especially if it means the time between now and the manifestations will shorten rather than prolong misery.
My baby daddy will step into his power as well and leave his abusive family in the past to step into the future with me and our two children (we have a 2yr old and now I'm expecting again).
My personal injury lawsuit that's been annoyingly long in process the past two years will come to a speedy, pain free and maximum settlement.
I'll buy a house in cash to return my family "home", to the beautiful suburban neighborhood I was forced to leave after injury.
My partner and I will have broken all generational curses that taught us to tolerate verbal, financial, NPD abuse... and we'll be able to discern immediately with new friends of their happiness levels and trustworthiness. No more descending back into that Matrix. Waking up and staying woke is an every day conscious endeavor.
