I want to give you small suggestions as a younger sister
1) don't be obsessed with your health, aisa accept kar lo mai bilkul thik hu, qki ye mera personal experience hai, jab mai sochti hu ki mai bilkul thik hu to mai agar bahot energetic hu, to mai bilkul tired feel nhi karti, bhale hi kitna hectic din ho
2) connect with god, ask him for guidance, he helps, it's my experience, mai unse hint maagti hu ki mujhe bata do ki kya sab thik ho jayega, kya jo mai sovh rhi wo galat h, to he gives hints, and blindly believe over his hints❤
And sab thik ho jata hai
Aur agar aap hamesha thik rahna chahtu ho to law of assumptions ki video dekha karo, mai b week me 3-4 din dekh leti hu to positive feel Karti hu and 2nd video aap paramhansa ji ki, autobiography of parmamhans kafi changes aayenge aapke najariye me
