    As a doctor myself, I can't thank you enough for making this video. This is the best most honest video I ve ever seen. Always remember - your body is a closed circuit, it doesn't like it's space being invaded. There are no procedures without repercussions . So if you want to cut yourself open for "aesthetics", you might wanna rethink it over and over again.

      This is sad but your generation sits on tik tok all day and is inspired to do these things. Im 29 and I look better than I did at 19, 21, 23 or even 26. Your face and body naturally changes as you get older. My face has slimmed down and my cheekbones are now more noticeable, I lost weight naturally, my brows grew out full. Things will change naturally just give it time.

      Hey, I know this turned out a little long and I apologize, but I hope this makes you feel better! I am going to be 24 in less than a month and I am even watching the same video as you. I think society is the problem and not us. Did you hear about the model who passed away from getting a BBL? I'm starting to think they have everyone thinking/feeling like we need all these procedures done to be fully happy. They don't want us to be comfortable in our own bodies and minds. That is less money in their pocket on things that you "NEED" to be happy. Just like shopping and anything materialistic. We have to be constantly changing something about ourselves. Then we also get addicted and spend more money while getting addicted to the pain pills they give you as well. Possibly causing an ED (eating disorder) later. To society we are not only rats being experimented on. We are also not good enough no matter what we do. That is why everyone is trying to get work done thinking it will solve all of their insecurities and magically make their life better. NONE of this is how anyone is meant to live their life. No I am not judging or belittling those who do, it is their life. Even my grandma got her boobs done. Looks have always been such a shallow and ugly thing in our world. The last couple generations have only made it worse by feeding into it. Not to mention all the toxicity on social media and TikTok.. Look at the unrealistic beauty standards they have been putting in place since Victoria Secret first opened in 1977. Those models also have their own trauma when it comes to eating disorders and pedophilia. They would shove all this "perfect imagery" for money, power and control. They still do and it is constantly changing. They are marketing techniques. McDonalds has been around since 1955.. Those chemicals they put in there are not only going to make you gain weight eventually, but they also lower your vibrational energy towards the world and yourself. Meaning your confidence will eventually go down unless you get more of that fast food crap. Then the ugly cycle continues. Now the new "perfect body" is "thick and curvy" not "skinny and petite." This is also constantly changing to make you and others hate yourselves and give them more money. ( These false and negative thoughts are not from you. They are from our terribly misogynic society. You would have had no problem with yourself to begin with if it were not for their lies and false "aesthetic." Having plastic in your body will not give you self love. Truly learning to love yourself the way you are now is. Then you can get plastic surgery if you still wanted it. It is all about your mindset and your energy. I am so tired of the "pretty" ugly people. You are more than enough now and your health is much more important than society's "standards of beauty." If anyone tries to say you are not pretty or try to bring you down for your unique individuality. You can reply with "art is subjective!" :) Take care and get to know yourself. I promise you will fall madly in love once you do! Our society also makes it out to be "crazy" to talk to yourself and love yourself. They don't want you to know how this all works. They want your money, thoughts and feelings. They want full control. Don't let them win.

    I was 21 when I was ready for my first surgery (a nose job) and I had photos and an idea in my head of this perfect nose I wanted, I finally had the money saved up, had been researching since I was a teenager, and when I met with my surgeon, he told me there was no way he would operate on me. Because I had unrealistic expectations of what a nose job could achieve and that he saw no obviously visible flaw with my nose and apparently the ratios and proportions with the rest of my face were correct. I was heartbroken. I cried and cried for weeks and was so sure I was going to fly to Turkey to do it. Now at 27, I know what he meant. Surgery can't fine tune small imperfections and I am SO glad he refused to operate because I would not have been happy with the result. I would have been underwhelmed. Filler did the job fine for me (way cheaper too). I'm not against surgery at all but I definitely think it should be reserved for 25+ because reality is what you think you want when you're 21 is not what you want when you're in your late twenties or older.

    Addiction is NOT a joke. I was prescribed Percocet for herniated discs in my neck. I became so addicted and despite wanting off of them so badly, I could not. My body was so addicted when I didn’t take them or tried to ween off, I got severely sick. Now that I’m off of them you couldn’t PAY ME to take them ever again.
    Edit *please seek the help of a medical professional to help with weening off of opioids as I did, do not attempt to stop cold turkey. Thiscan cause serious medical issues and long term effects. Being honest and getting help from my doctor was the best decision I’ve ever made*

    • @krysteng3449

      @@viviangonzalez2520 I had suffered 10+ years in pain, unable to work, go to school, sleep. I was in and out of hospitals and spent most of my youth in my bed. Multiple procedures and many many different doctors. I have been on every opiate you can name, when I got on Percocet it was the only medication that alleviated the pain without any major side effects.
      I felt amazing, I was able to live my life again. I felt normal and like my best self. But once you start taking it your body begins creating a tolerance, so at some point the dosage you’re on stops working and your pain feels worse and the only time you feel NORMAL is when you’re on it. I went up and up and up until I was on 8 x 10mg a day. Even when I was having a great day without pain, I had to take it because I would go into withdrawal only hours without taking it. When I realized my body was addicted I tried to stop cold-turkey. (Side note - DO NOT attempt to stop opioids without help from a professional. It can be fatal) Vomiting, nausea, migraines, diarrhea, cold sweats, fever. I have never been more sick in my entire life. It feels very similar to flu symptoms (but 10x worse) PLUS the worst pain you’ve ever experienced.
      I got help from my doctor and a medical marijuana card which is the only reason I was able to get off. Even with help, I was sick for two months getting off of it and detoxing.
      Percocet is a man-made drug that is almost chemically identical to heroin. Which is why most heroin addicts started on Percocet or other opiates.
      My perspective is probably different than some because I was never someone who experimented with drugs or drank alcohol. I was never someone who wanted to feel high or drunk. I just wanted to be pain free or at least be able to live a normal life.
      I know first hand that addiction is NOT a choice and why I am so against opiates now. Even with living in excruciating pain, I will never take Percocet or similar opiates ever again.

Yeah.. I think it is very safe to say they are not doing good for this world by lying and hurting others. You aren't either by supporting/ignoring it. This isn't just about the insecure adults getting work done. This is changing the minds of too many young people for "looks" and "aesthetic" like your health isn't important anymore.. You can just get work done, eat what you want and not work out. OR You do this exact thing they say and you will look just like them.. That is the false idea they give and it is toxic. Next time kiss their ass a little more lol. I support them as people who make mistakes, but the problem is they rarely see their own mistakes. Only if it makes them lose money and the media gets upset about something. They don't learn and they never will cause people like that don't know what it is like to struggle with poor self image and lack of financial stability.. My biggest question is why celebrities who clearly have gotten surgery lie and say they didn’t. Maybe in their minds they think they’re doing it so people don’t think they’re promoting it but in turn so many people are insecure looking at these girls and want these unattainable (unless you get work done) beauty standards. I’d rather people be transparent but I guess maybe they’d feel embarrassed owning up to the fact they don’t actually look like what they’ve paid for themselves to look like

    • @bleudiamondbleu
      @bleudiamondbleu 3 года назад +18

      Because people get absolutely ridiculed for saying that they’ve had plastic surgery also plastic surgery whether it’s for health or cosmetic is a personal medical decision. I don’t know why strangers on the Internet feel entitled to other peoples medical information. Cosmetic or health. It’s weird. It’s creepy. And it’s blanketed with a lie that you owe us this because you’re a public figure.

    • @lexagirl
      @lexagirl 3 года назад +15

      @@bleudiamondbleu lol…..thank you for saying I’m creepy for thinking it’s weird celebrities act like they don’t have things done. I’m not entitled to anything it’s not that serious. but when someone point blank says they just “grew up” or “worked hard for this body” when it’s so clear they didn’t it makes them look ridiculous and again makes insecure people go to drastic and possibly dangerous measures to look the same way.

    • @bleudiamondbleu
      @bleudiamondbleu 3 года назад +10

      @@lexagirl I agree that lying about your surgery (when there’s already before pictures publicly out there) makes you look ridiculous but you also have to understand this better, if someone got plastic surgery they were massively insecure about something, to go to the drastic measure of surgery to change some thing you were insecure about means you want it fixed so you never have to think about it again. It can be unbelievably weird and uncomfortable to have to talk to strangers about some thing you’re clearly very insecure about. It’s also unfair and ridiculous for anyone to say “it an unrealistic expectation on young girls“ when there will always be prettier (pretty because of surgery or naturally pretty) people than you. Whether they’re at your school, or at your job, or in your family etc. These people always exist and they’re always going to exist, are beautiful people just not supposed to post pictures of themselves because other people feel insecure? It’s just not realistic and if you can’t handle seeing people prettier than you you should get off social media for a bit and focus on yourself. Generally speaking. People act like self-esteem is just supposed to fall out of the sky and into your brain. It comes from self-awareness and actually putting in the work . That’s all I’m saying.

      Women are judged no matter what. When celebrities admit to procedures people also say they're lying. There's no benefit for them talking about. Recently Kelly osbourne, who did not get surgery but got a few procedures and lost tons of weight, opened up about botox and fillers. And guess what? Everyone accused her of lying and getting a facelift. People have no knowledge about how procedures work and what can and cant be achieved. Some celebrities just age and people will accuse them of getting surgery. it's truly pointless to talk about. Women love to criticize and tear apart other women, which is why I understand why most of them stay quiet on this subject.

I have had 2 surgeries to correct the septum and I’m gonna be REAL, I practically begged my surgeon to do a rhinoplasty with my Septoplasty and he refused. I was 29 when my surgeon did my first correction & almost 31 with my revision. Both times I begged him to do a nose job and he looked me dead in my face and told me he couldn’t live with himself if he did every single Rhinoplasty that a patient asked for. He told me, if I were you, I would not ever consider that again as it is not necessary. To this day, I am so glad I listened to him! I had my correctional surgeries & I can breathe so much better despite the little hump I have that used to bother me, because of my surgeon it no longer bothers me at all! Also, I always wanted my nose pierced and would never do it because I thought my nose was too big…. I finally got it pierced last year after I healed from my first Septoplasty. 🥰🙌🏽

    This is so true I thought I had a bigger nose then most girls in HS and I hated it, but I just hadn’t grown into it yet! It took until I was like 25 to grow into it and now I have a cute nose that people compliment all the time 🥲

    Thank you for making this video!!!! I had a breast augmentation and regretted God makes us the way we are for a reason. Also, I wish I would’ve known about Breast Implant Illness as well, I am removing my implants in a year just because the doctor that specializes in explant surgery doesn’t have bookings until a year.

    I loved this. Thank you for be honest about these plastic surgeries. It’s definitely hard to not want to do any procedure when you see all these beautiful women on IG getting them done and wanting to look like them or get something done as well but not really focusing on the side affects that these procedures can give. I definitely want Veneers and am still going to go forth with it bc I need it soo bad 😫

    Yes!! This is what the people needed, I've always gone back and forth with the idea of plastic surgery but when people who have plastic surgery tells you its not worth it.. its not worth it.

    I love how you are telling the whole trith about these various procedures, especially about the addiction that can occur with pain medications. That part, they left out, especially years ago back in the late 1990's.

    I’m a recovery and I could’ve have said it better! 👏👏👏 especially about the narcotics… it takes 5 days to get an addiction and sometimes even shorter than that…. Great info!
