आशुतोष जी यह बहस बहुत जरूरी है,1975 की घोषित इमर्जेंसी और 2014 से अब तक की अघोषित इमर्जेंसी की तुलनात्मक अध्ययन की आवश्यकता है।घोषित इमर्जेंसी में रेल से घड़ी मिला सकते थे,सरकारी विभाग के कर्मचारी घूस लेना बंद कर दिये थे।आज की तुलना हर क्षेत्र मे आवश्यक है।
