No, there were others who we never heard about bc they got away with it. There’s definitely some guy in his late 60’s/early 70’s who’s sitting back getting a massage by one of his mistresses smoking a blunt, watching this and thinking, “I remember hearing about Frank Matthews, he had some good plugs and access to a good amount of dope, but he was too loud and brought too much attention to himself. Then he supposedly disappeared, but I heard the Genovese Crime Family might have forced him to go away…forever. That’s why nobody ever knew who I was, so I enjoyed my $300M in cash since 1990.”

West Baltimore in the House! New York Hustlers get all the Glory but Baltimore has always been a hutzler town. I remember Avenue Shorty Buise, Big Head Brother, Lil Melvin, Peanut King, Big Liddy Jones ( Odessy Lounge) . Just to name a few growing up in Baltimore. Baltimore has always been a low key town. The Wire Never put Baltimore on the Map because we never wanted to be on the Map. The Wire just gave a slight glimpse into what people think Baltimore is

@@bluetheory2 Peace Homie, you're right, either your connected to a black brother that got his own plug, or you're getting it from the man who's getting it from the man or you're straight connected to the itilian mob and that Heroin hustle ran up and down the east coast. Just within the neighborhoods alone in Baltimore you had so many Hustlers who were worth a few hundred thousand or millions of dollars who's names you will never know. Because they were so low key. Like it or Love it, The Wire was a joke compared to the real Baltimore. If you ever run into someone from Baltimore that's 40 and over and ask them is Baltimore just like the wire and they will look at you're crazy or confused. Sending Love ❤️ from West Baltimore to you👍👍

Lil Melvin's bodyguard taught full contact karate on Druid Hill Ave. Ymca in 1970. Coworker of mine was 2nd degree black belt and asked me to come as a guest. I had been taking karate for over a year. I remember when my coworker introduced me to his sensai and he shook my hand chills went up and down my spine. His hands were huge and I knew what they had done to people

he frank was gunna get whacked it would of been when he was active disrupting the drug business. he could be dead due to age/health problems or he could be alive. no body truely knows it seems like. 99.9% we know what happend to these gangsters. but frank just dissapeared in the wind. Cii you know what takes very good care of there agents and i think frank was one which is why he was able to disappear so cleanly never to be seen again.
