My activities remained the same and I haven't reduced any activity levels or becoming more sedentary. I actually upped my workout routines but my weight keeps going up. I would like to hear information without assuming how our activities are like. I need scientific information. Sleep, exercise, yeah these are basics

Some women, a small number , don't have any observable symptoms other than losing their periods. But many women have symptoms they don't relate to menopause such as rising cholesterol , joint pain or frozen shoulder.
