The problem is doctors bring up weight with no other context. I lost 120lbs over 5 years and had a hysterectomy at 37. Some women, a small number , don't have any observable symptoms other than losing their periods. But many women have symptoms they don't relate to menopause such as rising cholesterol , joint pain or frozen shoulder.
Just eat the proper human diet and all will be fine. Trust me. Just eat more meat and less carbohydrates. This is what I did, and all the weight gain, and hot flashes were gone
Just started this 2 weeks ago and sleeping so much better, zero hot flashes, lost about 3kg. Also don’t eat after 7pm, and walk in the morning before eating.

I have brought all my concerns to different doctors they just think we women are crazy. Crazy for all the symptoms we feel,😳. We are suffering…..🆘
