Like...how? Be careful not to get an infestation of your shop. Roaches feed on everything. A neighbor behind us moved out and they had roaches bad. The roaches came here and it was horrible. I keep a clean house. People don't realize, it only takes one roach to create misery.
I'm still impressed by how you keep extracting the seats until the water is clear. I always get frustrated when other RUclips detailers just give the seats and carpet a once over, maybe two if it's really dirty.
If the vehicle was that mistreated interior-wise I can only imagine how well it was maintained mechanically. Would I purchase that automobile, not in this lifetime. Someone is going to end up with a nightmare.
I'm a detailer and boy the amount of lies a salesperson talks when selling garbage vehicles to their people.

I don’t know if it’s same here in California as in Florida but look into the regulations or law in cleaning seatbelts. We can’t wet or use any products on seatbelt because once it rolls back up moisture will get on the chamber and rust up and may become unserviceable and won’t do want is meant to do. So check that out!

Your videos are extremely good, I really appreciate your hard work, methods, editing, and extreme cleaning skills. Serious Kudos.
Please don't take this next part as criticism, it isn't, you are not a professional exterminator and shouldn't be treated as such. Bug nonsense is not your job description, you cleaned the car *extremely* thoroughly, that's your job done.
For the next part after stripping the car, because cockroach eggs can survive a bombing, I'd wait for the appropriate amount of time with the car stripped out so they can't make a comeback, which is one to two MONTHS 😰.
During the stripped stage I'd periodically bomb the interior and leave bait and traps for them. Each adult can lay a clutch between 16-60 eggs each month, which can take two months to hatch!
Not leaving the car dirty is the perfect help, but the bastards eat glue and anything organic because they are evil, and they are determined to live.
Every nook and cranny of that car, unless stripped to the bare chassis, will be a potential nesting site.
While perfectly completely clean for now, this car will need to be monitored in future.

What a transformation. Take that, roaches.
When is your new ceramic coating spray going to be released?
This is where I'd pull *EVERYTHING* out of that car. ALL of the interior trim pieces, roof liner, the entire dash assembly and center console which would get completely disassembled and cleaned *OUTSIDE* because the roaches will have laid millions of eggs all around the electrical components and the fuse box. You would be grossed out seeing just how caked with roach grime everything inside that dashboard and instrament panel was. Trust me, if you didn't clean in those areas, the roaches will just come right back.
Step 1 - Pour concrete slab with 6" curbs in an empty field, 1 foot larger than the vehicle in every direction.
Step 2 - Place roach infested car in center of slab, preferably with a forklift to avoid actually being in the vehicle.
Step 3 - Place 4 - 1 gallon jugs of gasoline in the car, one in each seat.
Step 4 - Crack the windows and close the doors.
Step 5 - Order sandwiches for all personnel involved, including firefighters.
Step 6 - Set up all available cameras.
Step 7 - Fill the slab with 4" of gasoline.
Step 8 - Start filming.
Step 9 - Ignite the gasoline. You should probably move back.
Step 10 - Share sandwiches with your friends and the firefighters that show up.
Step 11 - Share video with RUclips!
