The film opens with shots of Stockholm City Hall. The filmmaker shows us the interior of the city hall as well as the many visitors. The lens stops for a while at the Engelbrekt Engelbrektsson monument in the city hall’s garden and gets back to the visitors who photograph the area. The film closes with the works of art in the city hall.
