Sir, if moment is transfering to the column due to vertical load on the beam, then there is a chance of transfering the same moment to the base of the column and due to this column will try to come out from the base or foundation. Sir what provision should be given to held the column steady or in equilibrium. I'm more concern about the foundation.
Tonmoy,pl explain by this mom.con. the beam becomes like both ends fxd beam. Due to this net moment on the beam reduce, so a beam of lower size can be selected for a given loading pattern nd span. Kindly state whether my understanding right or wrong

You don't need a stiffener plate at the column along the 2 flange of the beam?
Depends on the thickness of web of column
