- This is the second video of the series regarding what I believe to be the best custom skill mods ever created since the release of xenoverse 2 in 2016. At this point it seems better to use mods instead of buying the dlcs because of how much the mods creators know what people like compared to bandai bringing characters that feel rushed and underpowered

No one ever seems to get the “galaxy breaker” right. It’s not a heat dome attack, it’s a blast detonated off of the person who gets punched first, kinda like power impact in a sense

People say ui kamehameha like it's a move. All goku did was use a regular kamehameha and moved with it.

Damn. A lot of these moves are better than the normal moves. And before people start saying crap like "ThEy CoUlDn'T wItHoUt ThE aNiMaTiOnS tHaT aLrEaDy ExIsT", I never said they could. The developers just choose to do the bare minimum as they are mostly lazy fucks so the modders improve. Even the OP moves could be nerfed and added to Xenoverse 3 (if it becomes a thing)
