Biggest problem with all of these is wanting to use them but getting insta-guard broken by the AI or people. They're cool looking though.

There are some that make you invulnerable, but not all of them
@@nicolasalcala8318 Yup, for the most part it's the guard-breakable and stamina drainable super armour normal Ultimates get.
yeah, these are seriously impractical in an actual fight.
But they could do it before the fight start like a cutscene or a intro when you pick one of them character’s and than after it over you fight

Now this, is absolute fire! Why isn't this the standard anymore? We had it so good in the Tenkaichi/Raging Blast days, and this brings all those old feelings back. Great stuff.

i think bjorn made the full power jiren mod.
I feel for the flashy transformations they should have the cutscene(a small break) play for all players once in the match and then use the regular old transformation after. This effect should only happen once no matter who did it fixing the stamina break problem.
Or give invulnerability on the transformations.
That would literally just leave someone able to instantly get a transformation when they are able to, that is ridiculously unfair.

Was about tien's multi-arm technique? It's not technically a transformation but he does change appearance while using it and it stays around for a while.
The Four Witches technique can't even be considered a form. Its mainly a power up.

I used to have the 7:39 installed. It had a nice slow walk too. I don’t know if it’s the same one but it was the best rage trunks mod out there. Couldn’t find it again but he transformed and it would put the audio from the anime in and recreate the whole scene with the characters and all

Raging blast 2 was so underrated hopefully they make a raging blast 3 soon because I'm sure it will sell like crazy. They had a reference to raging blast in this game so im sure it's on their mind they just need to make it happen.

I mean I agree they are lazy when it comes to how many transformations you can do but not for the animations. These are way too long. If you actually used them in game you would be guard broken and killed within the first few seconds.xenoverse transformations are short for a reason

I can imagine this working like the rest of bandai's anime fighterz, whenever an opponent awakens it's shows the camera cuttig to them and vise versa until the animation is over, take the naruto storm series or raging blast series for example

looking at some of these legitimately makes me wonder
what would happen if you interrupted them?
The only way to interrupt them is guard-break in which case the user wasted their Ki (some of these have a cost attached to them) and would have to try again after getting combo'd real hard or possibly dying.
People will immediately dragon rush and break it if used in PvP, the AI depending on difficulty will either do that or charge a heavy attack and break it. It's not viable for real fights but cool looking nontheless.
@@ectothermic i usually just do the Rush breaking since it's way easier for me to do that than timing when to Block
@@hoshiryu Yeah it's very quick, timing a charge is inconvenient even though it opens up more combo options.
You can't break them on most mods.

I wish you could do all this in the actual game with out mods cos turning into all the forms of Frieza would be cool
Dude I remember when Gotham’s clothes would turn black when you went super Saiyan, and when Hell’s Flash made your super Saiyan hair revert to its normal base color while still having the golden aura. Those were good times, I really enjoyed those glitches
For all the people saying if this was in xv3 ud j get stamina broken or it would break combat pace due to long animation, um no. Simple solution is make it so theres a certain time frame during the animation in the beginning wherenu can guard break as normal. Once that time passes if u miss ur chance it goes to ur opponenrs persepctive and the rest of the animation plays out. Its really not hard to do and even a lot of the modded transformations have this already lol
Or make a button that uses a quick animation like vanilla Super Saiyan for example, quick and simple animation is good for pvp

I wish in xenoverse 3 if we get it that we have a lot of characters from all the dragon ball shows and movies and transformations that’s accurate to the shows and movies
That would be cool, but they could probably reuse voicelines from the last games to save time and our poor voice actor's throats. I mean, for god's sake, Sean Schemel and Goku's Japanese VA (I don't remember her name) have been doing this job since the mid 80's.

Btw frieza's transformation is actually to first form. The frieza race has a supressed form (which is their weakest form) and then they transform to first 1st upwards to final form (their actual unsupressed form).
Frieza's first transformation here isn't actually changing clothes, since those clothes are part of his skin/bone; the frieza race can modify their appearance to suit themselves. Frieza removing his clothes is actually just releasing that 1st form's limiters he put on it, by not concentrating on appearance.
It's kinda like goku removing his weighted Gi. The weighted gi isn't his base form, its a supressed version of it.

There was even art of frieza without his armour in ressurection F that was scrapped due to slowing the story; with said concept of it being part of his body.
Which is why in the dragonball Super Broly movie, he looks different. It's that same design reused for the flashback.

It shocks me when a lot of these things aren't part of the game, Budokai was known for it's Fusions and Transformations. Instead all we get is Super Saiyan and Golden. (I'm putting God and Blue in that category).
Imagine in DBXV3 they finally release characters that go into all their forms and not just release seperate characters in those forms

SSJ4 is still such a cool transformation. I hope they find a way to salvage it and make it canon tbh. Like if for some reason their god ki fails or doesn't work and they have to resort to some primal Saiyan power and it happens out of desperation. I'm sure they could write it better than just that, but I hope it makes a comeback sometime 🤘
I wish that Giant Namekian worked like it did for Slug in BT3. Still able to get knocked back and such, but at the cost of being slower and stronger.
Gohan potential unleaded, super saiyan god Goku, and the ones for Android 21 were my favs.
Some of these could go fucking great on custom quests.
If only it was like raging blast where you could be the actual transformation itself instead of being in base form then Going ssj same with fusion
For real? I love transforming in the games. Loved budokai 3 for goku to be able to transfrom from base to ssj4 and even do fusion. No game came out afterwards where goku ssj4 is a transformation.
Jiren and Goku SSJ3 was probably the best ones so far. UI and MUI were pretty neat. 21 was kinda neat. Both Broly's were awesome

Got really into modding xv2 a few months back now none of them work. I'm pretty sure it's because of a recent (ish) update so I uninstalled all mods but now I can't install them at all. Are we waiting on an update for the patcher or am I doing something wrong?
