Making a complete mess with food spilled everywhere is a necessary part of Indian cooking.... Also no gloves 🧤 is important. Get that hand grease in the food for flavor. I literally saw the cook pick his nose and then touch the food making whatever they are frying up. Yummmm. 😆😆🇺🇸🇮🇳

I don’t understand how anyone can overlook the filth, the mold, the just plain nastiness? For Gods sake he’s discarding chunks of food bits from one round of the oil right behind the stove! Imagine the mice and bugs that must be all over. How are the people that eat this not always ill?
perhaps their immune system has adapted to the filth and be able to tolerate it. i mean indian people have been eating this stuff and they are mostly fine i guess.
what really gets me is at 2:45 , watching his 'left hand' in there and spooning water with the right -- all I can think is an hour earlier he was squatting over a hole in the ground with a pitcher of water next to him splashing water with his hand all up over the place running sh1t down from his butt and legs!!! -- now making food.
