It’s right for me…. Works works for me is connecting while both are in the case and the case is plugged into a power source charging…. Sadly my earphones won’t connect any other way 🤦🏾♂️
Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty Air 2 & Liberty Air 2 L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth. Reset the earbuds using the following steps: 1.Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open. 2.Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds’ LED lights flash red 3 times. -> After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty Air 2(not Liberty Air 2 L) and pair the device to see if that worked. Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
Amazing that it takes a customer in the comments to give the real instructions that the company who makes the damn thing can't apparently provide. Thank you. I was getting very frustrated when they suddenly decided to only play through one side at a time and no amount of regular unpairing and re-pairing fixed it
What if my one earbud just stays lit purple/violet color… when I try resetting the red light only blinks for one… the other one just stays lit up purple the whole time smh 🤦🏾♂️
I’ve tried this 10x I can not for the life of me get them to flash red together. Only one earbud will work. And when I go to the app it will only show one. Even though both are connected
U have to turn off your bluetooth connection when doing this. I had do this 3x times before it worked for me. Than make sure u delete the Bluetooth device from settings and do new Bluetooth connection. Than pair as u would normally. That worked for me.
If anyone else if facing the issue of only one earbud is getting reset, put the earbuds one by one in the case and do this process. I've managed to reset the pairing for both buds this way
I'm not sure how much you know about noise cancellation. But that noise you're hearing is actually to cancel out other noise. But I must agree, it's super fucking annoying! 😁
When I take mine out of the case, they'll connect but refuse to "connect". I'll start playing music but it comes from my phone. I always have to turn em off manually then back on. How do I fix this. Driving me insane

What I did now is to switch off the "master" after few hours of use let the other one become "master" then switch on the first one gain , this will even out the one with more juce. Hope it will help

Your videos are not helpful to people who are visually impaired the cute music is great but if there is no oral instruction it is of no use to someone who's visually impaired or legally blind
Absolutely pathetic in India. Got a liberty pro 2 which had a battery backup of only 20 hours with the case against the claimed 32 hours. Then got a replacement which doesn't even turn on. They are shipping defective products to India and i can't get a proper phone call with someone responsible. Disgusting.
The software for these is genuinely some of the worst ive EVER seen, theyre fantastic hardware wise but holy shit do these suck in every other way. Charging is horrendous as sometimes the connetors just miss? They will sometimes only pair one side and the other just doesnt turn on, etc. Its hard to recommend these becasue of those issues.
please change the music - imagine how frustrated people are listening to your video and that the stupid airbuds don't do what you see for about 85% of viewers. This is by far the most annoying music.
