    U should have atleast 2 spotters cuz if that wait drops or u snap somethin up that dude aint lifting 500 lbs off of u.

      The spotter is not directly rowing or curling 500lbs lol. He's assisting w the upward motion of the bar to relieve a portion of the tension, so that Terron can press it back up to the rack.

      Alec Rhodes well my comment was implied with the fact that he shouldn't be benching near that weight if he couldn't handle it. I've seen a few freak accidents but I assumed no matter what kind of crazy shit Terron likes to do, he can always best judge his own limitations. Yall are right either way that accidents do happen but it's not like he's a new lifter with no experience going straight to 225lb on bench.

    terron, could you please make a video on how you choose the amount of reps and sets you do, you do a lot of 20x5 or pyramid sets and they talk about how you should go for low reps for strength, could you please explain this, just cofused if i should stick with the 5x5 and 3x10

    Tbeck I know u don't needs words of encouragement but you should start your warm-up with like 225 and only do like 5 reps all the way up to your heavy RPE

      I'm just trolling cuz of Marc lobliners video about him. But I don't doubt any of terron's lifts. I watch all of your videos because they are entertaining and motivating. I weigh 170 and bench 315 close grip, so I don't doubt that terron can bench another 200 lbs more at 225 lbs. terron has crazy good genetics too

Probably not, as it's too controversial right now! For the record, I find it very hard to believe that Castleberry is actually using fake weights. He may be...anything is possible...but I doubt his weights are fake. I suspect he's just as strong as a Bull!
