    Nice. Very humble feedback: play outside of the minor pentatonic (or any minor only approach). The chord is a D7#9, which is both minor and major (#9 = b3). You can virtually play all the 12 semitones here. Suggestion: to call a major approach, alternate the minor thing you are doing with the eight notes dominant diminish scale. T-b9-#9-3-#4-5-6-7. It’s a good way to start. Don’t play it as a scale. Listen each interval before (play them over the backing track). They will sound a little weird when you start, but eventually their sound will become very familiar to you. Actually, that’s true for all the 12 semitones. Listen how Sco approaches the sound himself.
