Could you please explain, from a harmonic point of view, why you filled spaces with a F# minor and a C dominant?
I get that the F# is a fourth aug so it gives the key of C dorian a more bluesy/funky flavor, but why is it a minor7? Wouldn't a F# dim sound better? And what has the C dominant got to do with it?
    Thanks for the precious lesson!

I agree with Ian Steele. I always hated Roland Sounds. Kawai, Nord, Korg, Yamaha always appealed to me more. I remember trying out those RD range in shops when they were first released and being told "you are the only person to try these that didnt like the sounds". ugh no you liar lol

Roland make the worst sounding Clavinet out of all the top brands and i know coz have an RD-700nx and will be changing to to a Yamaha CP-1 as Roland have kinda lost their was. The VK-8 is the worst Combo organ ive ever played. Sounds nothing like a Hammond. Roland really need to pick up their game or they will have no Roland artists left
    Nothing wrong your playing :)

True! But I've seen demos of the new V combo Vr-09 and it looks and sounds awesome. Especially for 1000$
