  • An easy fermented hatch chili hot sauce! This one I let ferment for 3 months with the following ingredients:
    25 Hatch chilis
    25 Jalapeños
    2 white onions
    Head of garlic
    3% brine
    The resulting sauce came out great! Nice and mile with a great fermented flavor. Let me know if you try it!

    Nice, love the method. I'm about to ferment a few. Hoping everything goes well. Haha when I saw all the pulp to the side I was like "ohhhhh man please don't throw that all out!" Well done, well done

      Haha can’t let that good stuff go to waste! I ended up dehydrating this pulp and saving it. Hope your ferment came out well.
