- An easy fermented hatch chili hot sauce! This one I let ferment for 3 months with the following ingredients:
25 Hatch chilis
25 Jalapeños
2 white onions
Head of garlic
3% brine
The resulting sauce came out great! Nice and mile with a great fermented flavor. Let me know if you try it!
