Thank you Jane! Neither my husband nor I could unscrew the cap off to refill!!! I was just about to trash my aqua painter until your words of wisdom said to unscrew it the opposite of what we normally do to remove or tighten a lid!!! BRAVO and thanks a million. You saved my aqua painter. 😄
Funny isn't it we get used to screwing thing a certain way & when it's opposite we can't figure it out. So glad I mentioned it saved yours going in the trash x
Jane thank you for sharing this demonstration on the new water brushes. They certainly seem to have some nice variety between the three of them. Have a great weekend. Lots of nice items in the new catalog. 👏👏💕
Judy Estrada . Thank you so much. Yes I’m really enjoying them especially having a wide brush for background washes. You’re right lots of lovely things in the new catalogue. Have lots of new sets to show you all ideas with x
Hi Jane, thanks so much for this demo on the new water painters, I will definitely try these although I’m not a fan of water brushes as i prefer my painting brushes but will definitely try then. 🌸
Thank you so much. I’ve always been a fan of water painters so it was a simple choice for me. The fine tip & the medium with longer bristles do have a lovely feel. I’ve already been using them quite a bit now. As I am no water colour artist, I’ve never really had much joy with just brushes. My mother was an artist & I have all her brushes, but I reach for the water painters each time lol. X
Jane Allmark growing up a bit of a sickly child in the UK my dad used to buy me colouring pencils and then I got some paints one Christmas and it was magic 💖 using a what I thought was a real paint brush 😂 Over the years Ive bought water brushes with not much success but I’ll definitely be ordering these water painters, I love the wide brush it looks so easy to use. Thank you so much Jane. 🌸
Thanks so much, Jane! Being a “visual learner”, I LOVE SEEING THE BRUSHES “IN ACTION”! Terrific to have 3 SIZES of Bristle Widths~~Really will add to the versatility in projects! The WIDE Bristles is a FANTASTIC ADDITION!! And who doesn’t love “more bang for your buck”??!! Such a helpful video, Jane! TFS n’ HAPPY CREATIN’! Look forward to seeing YOU use them in your designs! Have a beautiful day, perhaps a project with these Water Painters??!! :-) Sending SMILES from Madison, WI, USA!! :-)))
Thank you so much for your lovely comments they are so appreciated. The water painters are fantastic, I’ve been having a play & yes there will be videos coming up using them all x
Thank you for this demonstration. Question .. do you ever experience the aqua painter absorbing color up into the water tube, or do these painters have a cartridge at the end which stops that from happening? Thanks much!!
Thank you so much for your comments. The cartridge stops water being absorbed make up & allows a controlled amount of water down to the brush. They are very good x
