Merry Christmas! I thought it was worth sharing since all along I thought the issue was soap/shampoo.
I always thought my itchy skin was a result of the shower towels irritating my skin when drying-off after a shower, and the dyes/perfumes in detergents (I have switched to dye/perfume-free detergent). However, now after watching your video, you have me thinking about my shower head.
I was surprised it wasn't any of the things you mentioned. Changing towels and soap/shampoo helped a bit but this change has been great. I added links to the video description for exactly what I used.
