Im assuming u lift weights. Your running isn’t much higher than ur standing vert. U should continue working on jump technique and implement plyos such as depth jumps and weighted jumps in order to improve your rate of force development. Strength training is essential for force production. Keep grinding 💪
Bruh why can I barely dunk on 9'3 but grab 10 in the middle off my hand and, still not even dunk a volley ball. And i can palm a mens ball fine and jump right left of two feet. IDK why im so diff.

You probably have the vert to dunk 10', but dunking itself is a different skill than jumping high. Keep practicing and low rimming!
