Thanks guys! As much as I dig ancient ruins, I love birds & nature even more. The best times I've ever had were alone in nature. Nature has many facets, and they're all emotional, inspirational, and honest...unlike a lot of what we experience amongst our fellow humans. I'm glad you found some peace and quiet together!💕💕🤗
Thank you so much, Barbara. 🤗🤗 Really glad you enjoyed it. We both love nature, wildlife, and anything that offers some peace and quiet. Neither of us is over fond of humans, so van life really suits us. Next week is another human habitation, I'm afraid, but it's an 11th century one, and quite exquisite in its beauty, so I think you'll like it. 😉😉💕💕😘😘x
Even though this is the only van life series I watch, I assume it's the best; the nature visuals are great. I haven't seen so many ducks in a long time. Picking blackberries would be fun too! I'm glad you two had a wonderful vacation.
Thank you, Jeremy. That's very kind. I'm pretty sure my videos are a very pale reflection of some of the van life offerings out there. A lot of van lifers are very talented filmmakers, and have much better equipment than me. But I'm very happy for you to continue in blissful ignorance of their superiority. 😉😆😘x
Love watching you both relaxing and enjoying peace & quiet. I need to visit The Ferryboat Inn. It looks lovely. Whenever you drive through Winnats Pass the roads look so narrow. 😬 looking forward to the next one 😃
Thank you so much, Ange. Yes, this was a really relaxing one. If you ever visit the inn, let me know and I'll join you. 😉😉 Still planning a trip up north, but no idea when yet. The road through Winnats Pass is as narrow as it looks. You just have to close your eyes and trust in the Force! 😉😉😲😲🤣🤣
Lovely to see you two again (which is on me, not you obviously. I still have low energy but I thought I'd try to watch one video today and I picked yours). The birds! It does look very relaxing! Ah yes water is pretty essential to have. So many birds! Oh wow a boat! Wow and swans. Yay for Jere picking wild blackberries! You two singing together 🥰. Wow the mountains in the pass are beautiful. Lots of sheep! I hope you and Jere are doing well, sending love and hugs 😘.
Delightful in all ways! I love those mountains and wonder, because mountain ranges all have their own characteristics, if a well traveled person can tell a location (country or region) by the way a mountain looks. 🤓 Those look so different from the one I see out my window. Glad you spent some down time together.
Thank you, Dolly. 🤗🤗 Yes, they're quite charming. The Peak District has some very well known peaks, and the Pass is pretty recognisable. I'd know it in an instant. But I'm thinking the mountains you see each day are waaaay more impressive. Thanks for watching. 🤗🤗😘😘x
We actually put the berries in the fridge and forgot about them for a couple of days. Eventually we just ate them right out of the pots. 🤣🤣 The drive down the Pass is always dicey, but also kind of fun, like a ride. 😉😉😁😁x
Hearing you two singing together makes me have to ask, will you be taking song requests for the future? I can think of some fun ones that would fit the van life series. Willie Nelson's "On the Road Again" for starters...
Haha! Well, there's more singing in ep.4, though you may wish there wasn't! 🤣 Hubby and I sing together a lot, so our episodes will likely feature occasional musical interludes, but unless it's show tunes (for me) or heavy metal (for Jere) we may not know the words to any requests. 😆 But we'll try, if we know one. 😄🎵

Gaia, my dear friend, this comment made my day. Thank you! 🥰😍😘xxx

Nature's bounty, berries for breakfast or did you make a pie? Great scenery, drive down the hill seemed a bit dicey for comfort.
