Newest Gordon Ramsay restaurant Ramsay's Kitchen Boston 2022

This was a dinner date that we did the friday after Valentines in Boston at Gordon Ramsay's newest and latest restaurant in Boston Massachusetts. We always wanted to try one of his beef wellingtons but have never got to go his to las vegas Hells Kitchen. We decided to try his newest restaurant in Boston. Since it just opened up a couple weeks prior and reservations are booked through June we figured this would be a great place to celebrate a late Valentines date. Our reservations were for 5:00 on Friday. We arrived 15 minutes early to make sure we would be seated on time. Upon entering we gave our names with our reservation. At which time we were asked to show proof of vaccination. We had our cards on us and were then seated. Donna had the wellington while Swifty has the 8oz filet. Donna also had a beet salad which surpassed her expectation. We had to try a Boston's Inferno drink which was a mixture of whiskeys with some dark maple syrup. As we waited for our food to arrive we got to look around to see how the restaurant was we noticed that the staff was polite and made suggestions to go along with our meals. The time between ordering and when the meal came was about 15 minutes which was fine for us. So it seemed that everything was running smoothly. Donnas was excited to try her wellington and it was excellent. Swiftys filet was spot on as he finished every last bite. It is pricey so if you have a special occasion you want to celebrate make sure you book at least 3 months in advance. Would we eat here again? Yes
