Ten no Kata - Kata Series

This is the third kata in our new "Kata Series" where we show you the katas that we practice and give you a breakdown of those Katas in the US Ryuei Ryu Kata list. This one is called Ten no Kata which translates "Form of the Heavens" and is a fundamental kata for beginners learning Karate.
