Actually I think some of the rolling mills are still there. Kind of like what happened with a bunch of integrated mills in the US, they closed the melt shop but kept the rolling mills due to them still being useful. In fact, I believe this specific location is sort of like Lehigh Heavy Forge in Pennsylvania, where they have specialty equipment that can do all sorts of forming and machining precision operations for downstream fabricators.
