I learnt about doing warm compress and cleaning eyelids for eye hygiene and dry eyes. But which should come first? Warm compress or eyelid wipes?
And what do you think of Japanese steam eye mask? I’m using it as my warm compress. It is single use

I have this problem, coz I dont know why but I have a lot of stress and cry a lot..but this has an impact of my eyes, everytime I cry my eyes dry out and now there is like a small white bump next to my black eye .i have seen an eye dr Dr said dry eyes..i am trying all this .hope it works
