Aporox @5:00 you cant calculate current strictly from turns, (ampere-turns). Without a value for EMF. Current is stil governed by ohms law. Maybe your calculating the max current ?
the magnetomotive force (mmf) is a quantity appearing in the equation for the magnetic flux in a magnetic circuit, often called Ohm's law for magnetic circuits. It is the property of certain substances or phenomena that give rise to magnetic fields:
*thumbs down just to keep permeability and relative motion* *smirk* [ youre a star at explaining these things, just like instructor K. Keinlietner told us ;) ]
Hi , I studied ac/dc 40 years ago, I think it an amazing subject, unfortunately i didn’t make it my career, you are a great instructor, you help make sense of it all, keep up the great videos.

I have never seen that calculation. Very interesting. Looking forward to the next video.
Me too
I miss doing these calculations 😊
I used to do this n high school
the cat u have is very fluffy 😊😃
Does Magnetomotive Force exist in Permamanent Magnets or just Magnetic Circuits?

Nice. So does the diameter of the turns have any bearing on the force? Surely it must do, never understood this bit.
no.. not at all

Exceptional as always Chad!!
Oh stop. Lol
for the magnetic formula, i just put it in a circle like the ohms law formulas... easy for me

thanks you so much for explain this so simple.
Interesting ! Very well explained and easy to understand.
Thank u sir, I followed u
