This really solved my problem that external hdd shows up only after restart, If unplug the hdd and plug in back in the usb I had attention on my external hdd and not showing up untill another restart. Deleting incompatible drivers I was able to turn on core isolation and now my problem is solved! 1000 likes!

Had the same issue with huawei drivers. Was able to delete most through terminal (oem51.inf, oem32.inf, etc.) but the last two that I suffered with were ew_usbccgpfilter: I wasn't able to find it in autorans64 because the 'Hide Windows Entries' was marked in Toolbar, try to unmark it and the driver will show. The second driver was the oem48.inf which I couldn't delete in terminal but I found it in DriverStoreExplorer and couldn't delete it by right click and then delete method, you need to right click on it and press select, then on the right side you have to mark Force Delete and then press Delete button below it. Anyway thank you for support!

In powershell you forgot to write.inf at the end of writing oem number like oem20.inf must be written and you forgot to write.inf everything else perfect
For me none of your methods worked. But my own METHOD WORKED 💯. I opened device manager, then clicked on view, after that selected drives by devices option on list. All drivers appeared. I searched for the name of the driver that was making problem, in my case it was oem29.inf and oem5.inf. First I right clicked and selected install the driver. After that I clicked on remove the driver, but then there were two options, the second option was to force delete this driver even if it is being used. I checked ✅ on both options and confirmed. The driver got deleted. Then I turned on the memory integrity settings & it actually worked. It was on. I just restarted my PC once afterwards. Try this method also, it may work for you as well.

Same here. The author does not add the extension to the file when he uses Terminal admin. This is probably the reason why he fails to delete it.
