You should definitely adopt the mindset of “there could be something i missed here”. The game even tells you about these two! I found “The predatory general” shady merchant 10-15 minutes after going to liz for the enhancement subquest. If you are looking to play this game then you'll need to visit these guys every so often. Unless you’re like me who wants a weapon with an atk strength of over 2000 and can land a critical hit on a weak spot that does 20,000 or so damage againts Gospet. And one friendly bit of advice. Different weapons have different % caps on additional stats for the chip slots so try to find a weapon that has a high cap for the stat you are looking to add to a particular weapon and use the high cap weapon to build the stat then transfer the stat to your desired weapon. (As in completely take the stat off your desired weapon if it is there and replace it with that high % from the other weapon.) I got my AMR Tiamat up to a bullet circle accuracy % of about 67% doing this (that is alot higher than what i got with my first AMR Tiamat using only that weapon. It topped out at about 37% or so.)
Huh, I never found out about the second dealer. As a token of appreciation, here's a handy bit of info. If you switch the game difficulty to Extreme Mode, the shops add items to their lists to adapt to the harder difficulty, allowing you to find up to Rank 7 weapons in the normal shop and legendary (green) materials in the shady material vendor. The coolest part of this is that if you buy items from that difficulty and then switch back, the items stay with you, keeping their Extreme Mode statistics. Hope this helps!

If he doesnt have the rarity you want in the weapon, log out of vendor and back in. It changes every time you check. Im not saying back out to the sell buy screen, i mean back out and out of vendor and then go back in. Each time the rarity will shuffle between items. I did about 9 times and Got myself a Nightmare ++ gatlin gun Epic. Be patient and keep checking over and over till you get the one you want.
I dont see the point in buying common gear due to memory chips on drops. But dude, THIS IS AMAZING THANK YOU so much. Ive been looking for a source of unlocking chips. Youve made my day. SUBBED! Luckily for me i abused the banking system and have a few million to burn.

Yes I found a strong weapons sometimes especially a sword better than any sword drops I've ever got. They can be expensive but if you have a lot of credits and need that "Power" They got it.
i know this is old...ish but anyways,i'm Pretty sure those shops really isn't Secret shops,but still,i have to say the Secret shop of the Game when you switch your Game into Extreme mode,then you'll see another shop next to the Shady Material shop like Literally right beside it and it sells weapons,unlike the other Shady Weapon shop this one shows more OP Damage then the other one...LIKE A LOT OF DAMAGE
You might wanna use the drop rate boost gear and pump up your luck, since dropped gear is free and in the final area you can get 140% ammo boost and other neat abilities to transfer to favorite weapons

A lot of views on YT are through younger viewers and if a camera isn't super HD 4k they just click off. It was more of like me trying to find a flaw- To which I couldn't find one for why your channel hasn't blown up. Sound quality is excellent and you don't over edit, it's just about right. Does anyone know if your ai partner aims or uses the bullet circle, or can they use both.? Trying to decide whether to put bullet circle accuracy on my partners weapons or not.
Hey Tuglow. At 6:06 you said you have to leave to the field he will change his weapons. I just found this out by doing it he changes the weapons when you exit his shop. I was looking at a gun in his shop with 288 power and then went to my menu to check the power on my gun, which was 231, and went back into his shop menu and the same gun was 265 and had different memory chips. Don't know if you knew that yet.

They ain’t secret because they’re seen in the cut scenes and they say that they sell stuff so I don’t know where you got this knowledge from but you obviously must’ve played this game in early stage when they may have not been cut scenes oh wait that’s not a thing

On the gun seller he will swap weapons every time you cancel and talk to him again until you get what you want (be carefull he'll sell good weapons then after you buy it his gonna put even more powerful making you feel stupid his nothing more tha 1 and zeros but this guy knows to make business)
The weapon unlock requirements are such a pain. Maybe the pc version has app, editor or mod that makes the game a little more straight forward to play!?🤔
Cause back when i check the dudes inventory he didn't have what i was looking for or getting that stuff wouldn't be easy enough to just make a trade or payment for. Everything is Expensive in the shady shop even if they have what your looking for. Of course their are boosts some players purchase that are active only on the field.

He isnt displayed as a shop and is going to sell you rank 11 weapons with crazy amounts of strenght.
those 2 were actually secret shopkeepers because back when fatal bullet first came out they didn't appear on the mini map at first but later on they were added on the mini map aswell

This reminds that the sao kirito costume is a legendary but it's dirt cheap, kinda wish some badass items were only 100 credits

The stock actually changes even if you don't leave the map. What you ned to do to reset his stock is simply initiating a talk with your arfasys.

+ debuff resistance, - debuff duration, and + experience points make the accessories give you more money when you sell them. They're pretty good

You can just back out and go back into the weapon merchant's dialog to reset his shop without ever leaving town.

Also If you beat the story then put your setting to extreme all the weapon ranks will be 5 or higher from the secret shop that sells Weapons

Tuglow also all Enemies are a way higher lvl then you but still easy to kill so grinding is easy
