    "The best way to get your hair to grow is to leave it alone." "Don't let your hair get dry or it will break off." Those 2 sentences are FACTS! When I abstain from gels, hair color, and "protective" styles, and oil my hair daily and wash every 10 days, my hair and alopecia spots flourish and thrive like crazy! The "problem" is I can't help but want to rock styles that require gel and some tension like braids, ponytails, buns, and weaves and not have strands of gray hair showing, lol. I know I can't have my cake and eat it too so I go on "diets" of leaving my hair alone for a couple of months wearing a wig (no glue, remove all combs and secure with bobby pins) or beautiful scarves sometimes topped with a fly @$$ hat. Being a girl is fun and versatile...we got this, lol. 😊 Your videos are out here saving lives by boosting self esteem ❤. Thank you for your service 😘

    i want to thank you again. you are a great inspiration to the ladies who have the same hair loss condition. i was so busy with family, school, and career and looked up 20 years later, and my hair was completely damaged. you cant see until you can see, i won't let hair loss define me, so many are going through worse 👠❤️

      I’ve never worn a Mohawk with my hair, and added hair in the front. I’ll have to try that out one day soon 💕… Thank you for your suggestion! …Oh really, Is there medication for that?

    • @TanzytheglowupG
      @TanzytheglowupG 11 месяцев назад +2

      @build-a-girl there might be? im on something right now to lower male hormones.i make to much testerone as a woman .so i had to be put on this medication for acne,frontal balding. it worked for years but now it's not as affective sadly.i just go with the flow .some youtubers comment on it but I don't care it what it is.if they don't like it they don't have to look !besides I love Mohawks any way lol they fit my face! I'm doing a purple and pink one today!

    Oh my goodness this is exactly how I felt, what was the point, I would cut of all my hair, the thing about it my hair kept on growing very fast. I would cut it again. Now I have left it alone. Your hair is beautiful. 😊

    Thank you so much for sharing your journey. You’re a very beautiful young lady so talented and gifted. Thank you so much for sharing.🎉
    Lastly: I I saw a short video or a video tutorial you did on how to add synthetic hair to create edges. Do you still have that video somewhere? If so, can you send the link pls.. Is it possible to create or add synthetic Marlee braid or spring twist fluffy hair to your edges? Not finding any RUclips videos on the subject. Thank you again stay beautiful.🫶🏽

    If you haven't already, please see a doctor. Home treatments won't help, you need an actual scientifically proven treatment plan. I had hair loss on my edges too, not as severe as yours, but enough to be very noticeable and to negatively impact my self esteem. I saw a dermatologist and was given three rounds of prp. I've also been taking 2% minoxidl, which I apply every day to my scalp. My edges have grown back significantly. It will never be what it once was, but it's enough that I now feel comfortable wearing my hair in styles that I never would have before. My hair loss is not as visible and hopefully I will continue to see progress. So if you haven't already please see a doctor!! They can help you!!
