Curtis is a powerhouse. 50s story is very inspirational. 50 came from nothing, no label wanted him, he released 2 full albums that were GREAT and nothing happened...instead of just being another great underground artist 50 decided to take his destiny into his own hands and promoted himself to the point where you couldn't deny his presence anymore.
He actually doesn’t try to be articulate like other rappers such as T.I he’s just himself and to the point very thoughtful but he isn’t worried about sounding educated and fake

If The Game is such a successful rapper, who has he carried up? He keeps looking up to people to climb and disrespecting them when he gets there. So The Game should shut up and give respect to whom respect is due.
The entire modem West Coast stems from the Game bringing the West Coast back.
West Coast was exclusively represented in the mainstream by older rappers like Snoop until Game came along. And Nipsey Hussle went on his fist tour with Game and Game did not even charge him. Kendrick before he blew up was also on the tour.
Game is not a producer or an aspiring label head. He is not a businessman and never claimed to be. He's a rapper and he's always been fine with that. You are judging him made on something he never tried to do. His lane is just rapping. Rappers don't make other rappers careers. Businessman do that. Executives do that. Producers do that.
50 never wrote any of Games lyrics. When he says wrote songs he's talking about melodies, song structure and a hook or 2. Because he was an experienced songwriter and when Game's first album came out he had only been writing raps for 1.5 years. He lacked the ability to make songs out of his rap lyrics.
Whether you made someone else's career or not is irrelevant to how good a rapper you are and that's all Game ever was. What you're doing is like if I said Tom Brady is not a great football player because he never coached an NFL team to a Superbowl.

Game wouldn’t be where he is with out Dre, 50, Em and Snoop. Dre , Em and 50 All helped make sure he had a great first album and they all put a lot of work into it to make sure his career started off right. Then after the beef came up with 50 Cent and Dr. Dre and Eminem really couldn’t associate with him anymore Snoop Took him under his wing and took him out on tour with him and did interviews with him to make sure everyone knew he was still in the family tree and that kept him going for a few more years. Now all those people that helped him get to where he is he’s completely thrown under the bus. And don’t get it twisted Dr. Dre did a lot more for him than just that first album he’s produced a lot of songs for him over the years since he left Aftermath and on Dr. Dre‘s third album he brought Game back so he could be on the team again. Him running around saying that Kanye West did more for him is a real slap in the face to Dr. Dre and Kanye West even told drink champs that was a mistake for him to say that. It’s sad because I really did support and light game through his entire career I bought every album he put out and I can’t say he’s put out a bad one but the way he’s acting now that kind of shit just can’t be rewarded I’m done supporting him if you’re going to turn on people for clout and money like you’re a trick or something.

Ras Kas did an interview with No Jumper recently and he pointed out a lot of good points about game. And I’m glad he explained the difference between getting a group of people helping you write a nice song for the album, he kind of acknowledged that look everyone does that but there are certain rappers when they’re getting super technical that they write their own rhymes and he pointed out that game has never been the sole rider of any of his songs he’s always had a team of people right every one of his songs. Ras Was seen it in defense of Eminem because he knows Eminem has always written all of his own lyrics, 50 in the 2000s always wrote his own lyrics, Ice Cube, Jay Z, Trech, KRS-1, Redman, these are emcees rather than rappers. And Ras basically saying it’s wrong for game to pretend he’s one of them when he’s really not.

There aren't many songs off which by say 1 verse alone it would automatically put it a legendary category. Mr. Interscope as 50 used to call himself had Game moved completely off the label to Geffen. I lived that era everyday at school everyone at Lunch talking about all that shit as it happened when all those albums between 2003-2008 dropped. 50 lost a lot of fans after Game started going at them hard everyone was talking about their beef back then and everyone chose sides. Game had more momentum and a bigger fan base then it was pre Kendrick so Game carried the West

I believe the reason it was different is because the Game had an entire coast backing him up in whatever beef he had with people. For example, had the beef he had with 50 been with someone like snoop or dree than it's not an entire coast backing your music. I knew of the game before his addition to gunit but not many others did and even as a game fan i understand the role 50 played in how big an artist the game ended up becoming

Writing hooks for a few songs and writing someone else's verses are two different things 50 assisted with hooks on three songs and on two of them had his own verses but Game was able to write his own verses. Almost any big name needed one or more peoples to help get them into a higher spot be it a boss, co worker, partner, family member, friend, or so on yeah

I am confused as to everyone saying Game backstabbed 50 whey the story is 50 got heated because Game wasn't going at Fat Joe, Jadakiss, and Nas. Game didn't want to get involved in 50's beef with those artists. Actually, Game was cool with all of them then 50 kicked Game out of G-Unit. It was then Game began mouthing off. 50 has taken credit for writing everyone's song then dissing them from Lloyd Banks to Young Buck.
