We do not know if Game would of got as successful as he did without Dre And 50 both promoting him but either way Game got as big mainly because of those two giving him good amounts of assistance yeah
If The Game is such a successful rapper, who has he carried up? He keeps looking up to people to climb and disrespecting them when he gets there. He climbed on the shoulders of 50, Dre, Em.. and now Ye. Which rapper can The Game point at and say, "I made him become a success?" Nobody. So The Game should shut up and give respect to whom respect is due.
The entire modem West Coast stems from the Game bringing the West Coast back. West Coast was exclusively represented in the mainstream by older rappers like Snoop until Game came along. And Nipsey Hussle went on his fist tour with Game and Game did not even charge him. Kendrick before he blew up was also on the tour. Game is not a producer or an aspiring label head. He is not a businessman and never claimed to be. He's a rapper and he's always been fine with that. You are judging him made on something he never tried to do. His lane is just rapping. Rappers don't make other rappers careers. Businessman do that. Executives do that. Producers do that. 50 never wrote any of Games lyrics. When he says wrote songs he's talking about melodies, song structure and a hook or 2. Because he was an experienced songwriter and when Game's first album came out he had only been writing raps for 1.5 years. He lacked the ability to make songs out of his rap lyrics. Whether you made someone else's career or not is irrelevant to how good a rapper you are and that's all Game ever was. What you're doing is like if I said Tom Brady is not a great football player because he never coached an NFL team to a Superbowl.
@@BruvahSulaiman he was the one that discovered Kendrick Lamar and put him on your w him. He’s done a lot but the one thing holding game back is his attitude. He’s got Bipolar disorder and that’s why he acts crazy and says outta pocket shit. It’s sad what he’s doing to his reputation fr.
@@BruvahSulaiman I'm not saying that the Game is not a good rapper... He is by all standard. All I'm saying is that you don't have to bite the finger that fed you. The rapper needs to grow up and respect those that helped him no matter how small, when he was nobody.
Game wouldn’t be where he is with out Dre, 50, Em and Snoop. Dre , Em and 50 All helped make sure he had a great first album and they all put a lot of work into it to make sure his career started off right. Then after the beef came up with 50 Cent and Dr. Dre and Eminem really couldn’t associate with him anymore Snoop Took him under his wing and took him out on tour with him and did interviews with him to make sure everyone knew he was still in the family tree and that kept him going for a few more years. Now all those people that helped him get to where he is he’s completely thrown under the bus. And don’t get it twisted Dr. Dre did a lot more for him than just that first album he’s produced a lot of songs for him over the years since he left Aftermath and on Dr. Dre‘s third album he brought Game back so he could be on the team again. Him running around saying that Kanye West did more for him is a real slap in the face to Dr. Dre and Kanye West even told drink champs that was a mistake for him to say that. It’s sad because I really did support and light game through his entire career I bought every album he put out and I can’t say he’s put out a bad one but the way he’s acting now that kind of shit just can’t be rewarded I’m done supporting him if you’re going to turn on people for clout and money like you’re a trick or something.

50 started a beef with Dre when he copied his headphone idea rather then 50 having his own avenue Dre had beats by Dre and 50 had SMS so that showed disloyalty to Dre even though he knew Em would not approve of it yeah.
I believe the reason it was different is because the Game had an entire coast backing him up in whatever beef he had with people. Ras Kas did an interview with No Jumper recently and he pointed out a lot of good points about game. And I’m glad he explained the difference between getting a group of people helping you write a nice song for the album, he kind of acknowledged that look everyone does that but there are certain rappers when they’re getting super technical that they write their own rhymes and he pointed out that game has never been the sole rider of any of his songs he’s always had a team of people right every one of his songs. Ras Was seen it in defense of Eminem because he knows Eminem has always written all of his own lyrics, 50 in the 2000s always wrote his own lyrics, Ice Cube, Jay Z, Trech, KRS-1, Redman, these are emcees rather than rappers. And Ras basically saying it’s wrong for game to pretend he’s one of them when he’s really not.
@@wattson3683 - This dude isn’t explaining it right. Game writes all his own verses, but he isn’t good at hooks. Usually verses are built around hooks, so if someone else rights your hooks, he’s truly crafting your song, like 50 did on all those songs he did for Game’s debut.
@@TopBillinSports true, also a good hook is what will put a song in the legendary category. Most song that we would consider icon or timeless or legendary are almost all built around classic hooks. There aren't many songs off which by say 1 verse alone it would automatically put it a legendary category. 50 saying he wrote half of Game's first album comment has always been an exaggeration. Then dumb fans that don't really know what's going on so they'll believe it... 50 wrote the hook for Snoop to sing Westside Story. He did the same for the song Special for Nate Dogg to sing. The original version with Snoop singing Westside Story is out there but 50 did it better so 50 ended up on the album version. How We Do beat was meant for 50, the same way In Da Club was meant for D12. 50 wrote the hooks for How We Do and Hate it or Love it, Church for Thugs and Higher.... That's it.. 50 did NOT write Games raps or verses. Game wrote the hooks to Dreams and Put You on The Game, two other hits on the album that 50 had nothing to do with.. 50 did the same for Banks, Buck, Yayo and Mobb Deeps albums. That's what 50 did for albums he was an Executive Producer for. Get Rich or Die Trying wouldn't of sold 12+ million without the help from Dr. Dre and Eminem.. They are credited under every song on GRODT. Without them his debut album would of been Power of Dollar which would of struggled going gold or platinum. It was the Dre and Eminem Shady/Aftermath push that sent his celebrity stardom to the moon! I'm tired of Game not getting the credit he deserves having proved himself countless times after G-Unit
I don’t think it’s about Game not getting credit, it’s more the lack of gratitude. As much as you tried to diminish 50s influence over documentary, bearing in mind Hate it or love it and how we do was on the massacre but removed for Game - being the best 2 tracks, there’s no denying that Game really hasn’t treated someone who done so much for him for no benefit well.
Instead Game always gave all credit to Dre who produced How We Do and co produced mixed Hate it or Love it .. Game and 50 should of squashed beef and made an album 10 years ago by now so we wouldn't still be having the same debate about this in 2022 as in 2005.. I don't hear Dre demanding credit from 50, how 50 recorded half of GRODT with Dre and how 50 mostly only gives Eminem credit when Dre produced 4 songs mixed 5 others on GRODT. Without Dres involvement GRODT wouldn't be the same album at all
Dre produced In Da Club, If I Can't, Back Down and Heat.. Without those four songs alone it's debatable if it's still the same album but then Dre mixed and co produced on 21 Questions, P.I.M.P., Wut Up Gangsta. 50 also recorded these tracks with Dre in L.A.. Dre also mixed the final studio version for Wanksta and Gotta Make it to Heaven. He directed a couple videos for the album too.. Dre don't get enough credit for GRODT Dre should be up there in podcasts and interviews like 50 is demanding respect from 50 the same 50 does with Game
50 is saying he provided the structure and put those songs together - game has always been a great rapper but could not format a song properly at that point. 50 helped on the album, gave the green light for him to join G-Unit and pushed his own album back so Game could drop first. After all that, game acted like 50 didn’t do anything for him and that he got there on his own merit then dissed him for a decade straight.

Game didn't want to get involved in 50's beef with those artists. Actually, Game was cool with all of them then 50 kicked Game out of G-Unit. We do not know if Game would of got as successful as he did without Dre And 50 both promoting him but either way Game got as big mainly because of those two giving him good amounts of assistance yeah
50 speaking the truth
@@BruvahSulaiman and you can't deny the fact that fifdy is Tom Martinez to your Tom Brady.

@@BruvahSulaiman I'm not saying that the Game is not a good rapper... He is by all standard. All I'm saying is that you don't have to bite the finger that fed you. See what he said of Dre, that what Ye did for him in one week is greater than what Dre did for him in his entire career. Is that not being insulting? The rapper needs to grow up and respect those that helped him no matter how small, when he was nobody.
@@nkwurish He was not a nobody before signing to Dre And 50 but he was not known much outside of Los Angeles And The Bay Area before them either yeah

Ras Was seen it in defense of Eminem because he knows Eminem has always written all of his own lyrics, 50 in the 2000s always wrote his own lyrics, Ice Cube, Jay Z, Trech, KRS-1, Redman, these are emcees rather than rappers. @@TopBillinSports true, also a good hook is what will put a song in the legendary category. Most song that we would consider icon or timeless or legendary are almost all built around classic hooks.
