- We saw this motherboard on a Car Boot / Flea Market retro PC finds video a few weeks ago. It looks like it has a faulty SIO chip. Let's see if we can fix it

I think they intentionally left the page blank so they would have a place to display their message as to why the page was left blank :).
Hi Dicky, I know you prefer the tip BC3, and it does you well, but if I may have an input, if your using the t12 tips, try a BCM3, it will help you when you need to drag solder, eg: it will hold the pin in place and let you move through them all, whether the pins are raised or not. You won’t get solder bridges , hope this helps . just saying mate.. 🤙🏼🇦🇺

I swear by my bcm3 tips. I have not found them for the usb powered devices yet, so i won't be getting any of those until a bcm becomes a available for those.
@@luc_libv_verhaegen mate try and get the KSGER t12 soldering system, they have the whole BCM series, apart from that you'll be experiencing a awesome bit of technology.. They are brilliant, and the customer care is totally for the end user..
@@Johadart I am on a hakko fx888d, not the fastest to heat up or to retain heat, but the ksger is not enough of a step up to warrant changing.
I meant the likes of ts100 or pinecil and similar devices, they usually have specific tips, and there are no bcm tips for those.
@@luc_libv_verhaegen no your right, they are only specialized tips, for the ts100 and the likes, if I may say, although hakko are a top priced brand, I seriously think, trying ksger, you'll be very surprised, as not only the heat up time, but it stays at the set temp, and the range of tips that you can get for the t12, beats the hakko brand, and a lot more affordable, but in saying this, each to there own..

Is everybody not ambidextrous? I can write hold solder poke prod throw and kick with both left and right I thought most people just taught themselves as kids. Why would you only use one hand to write or dominant?
