@@Dingusdongus257 i dont think it will be that costly. The device is a "normal" chip, that is enclosed in biocompatible material. So I don't think the device itself will be expensive. Next, neuralinks will be implanted with a robot, which should make the procedure fast and reliable, this will also bring the cost down. I saw an estimate somewhere that a neuralink will cost in the thousands of dollars, which is a good deal 🤝. I think it could cost upwards of 10k maybe even 20k but thats still reasonable.

I had a good friend that crashed his dirtbike into a tree and was paralyzed from the waist down and has problems with his arms.. after it happened (in 7th grade 2000/2001) I told him how sorry I was that it happened and he looked at me and said “don’t worry about me, I’m not worried! All she needed was a single CT or MRI scan to notice the tumor the size of a golfball on her right frontal temporal lobe. She passed away after the tumor put too much pressure on her brain, caused her to fall into grand mal seizures, and she hit her head that triggered a brain bleed.
My sister would still be here today if she had that tumor removed before the brain bleed. She was having seizures for over 30 months straight.

If you are involved in a serious accident, and when emergency arrives, they will offer you to option to self-termination on the spot to alleviate future suffering and burden to society. This ideology is making its way and will make these efforts a mute point. Get with the times.

      1. In every one of these presentations they provide animal rights guidelines that they followed. In this example, they used the blue zone (if you even bothered watching that far) at 4:10, in which the pig can leave at any point.
      2. Even if it were 'suffering' (if you can call walking on a treadmill suffering for some food suffering), i'd say it's worth it considering this will give life back to millions of disabled people world wide, not to mention have many other functions in our society.
People will always fine something to complain about.
