Men have been doing IT, for a million years.
The longer I listen to these two the more irate and gob smacked I get with the unfairness of the judicial system and government when they are out for u. Nobody here has drove home the ridiculousness of these charges. It’s not a felony to pay hush money and that’s the meat and potatoes of the case. I have a feeling these 2 have a touch of DTS.

I find Marcia Clark's statement the President Trump's remarks about the judge and the judge's family "disjusting" is a spot on. The judge should have recused himself from this trail as it was clear from the onset that the judge was conflicted. Moreover, his daughter works for the Democratic Party. I must say as a retired trial and appellate lawyer, that I strongly disagree with the lady prosecutor on one of her statements. She stated that the Judge is the finder of FACTS in a Criminal case. This statement is FALSE. In fact, the Constitution states that "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a ... public trial, by an impartial jury." It has been the law for over a 1000 years that juries are the finders of ALL facts, and the judges may only make legal, not factual rulings. This is so BASIC that it is taught on the 2d day of law school. The only times when a judge may find facts in a trial are when the side or sides having a right to a jury trial waive such right, or when the case Is NOT legal, but a matter of equity, a concept that is totally foreign to our media.
That is Marsha Clark. She was the prosecutor in the OJ trial.

We should want an opinion on the LAW, as that attorney understands a state or federal law. And, in their opinion, what they believe a judge or jury will do.
We should not be looking for "fair," in their opinions, but accuracy in presenting the law, in presenting the actions of a judge, and accuracy in presenting the mind-set of the jury.
"Fair," is to our sense of justice. These attorneys are presenting what IS, NOT what "should be," fair.

These debates are useless. They ask one "gotcha" question to one candidate and a completely different softball question to the other candidate. They should ask both the SAME question. Or choose one topic and let the candidates actually debate their differences.
