I was at this show Simon Bob era eh 😆 also Saw them when they were a 3 piece fuckin brutal 🔥🔥🔥
I remember seeing a flyer for this show at Neal's Records in Glendale, CA. I could not afford to go at the time. I still have Technocracy on vinyl. Cheers!
Mike's bass sound killer!
COC will always be best as a 3 piece with Mike singing.
Absolutely not
Tks Louis!!
I got bored with C.O.C. around the technocracy lp. Eye for an eye is and will always be the best they ever did!
so mike sold his freedom 1 bass to eric wood sometime around this show or the one in camrillo later in '87. i think

@@jdoubledj9421Ayo thanks for the info
Pepper era is ok with me if I just think of them as a different band altogether. I mean I like the Southern fried doom and stoner metal stuff too, but this is the COC I grew up on. I can't think of another band whose fans are so divided into separate camps like COC (80s hardcore/crossover vs 90s Pepper era stoner metal). Maybe Sepultura (Max vs post-Max)? Anyway, to Pepper's credit, he gave the band a direction and they followed his lead to heights they would not have otherwise reached. But give me Simon Bob era and Technocracy any day over Pepper's stuff.
I like both eras
Never liked peppers voice. To me it just didn't fit.
Anyone know the names of some of these unreleased songs?
3:27 Fingers With Teeth, 12:34 Teacher, Teacher, 42:50 Loss Of Breath. I have the demo on my site or search youtube for COC "Demos and Comp Tracks"
What's Simon Bob up to these days?
he was a cop at some point after his hardcore days
