While doing small small Fondant work,what if we do not use tylose powder mam?

Tylose and CMC powder both are used to dry the fondant quickly.
It's not mandatory to use. it's up to you to use it or not.
If not used, fondant takes more time to dry

While baking cake if power off inbetween what to do?

hi,
1. If the power drop happens during the initial stage then suddenly remove the batter from the oven and keep it outside and bake again...
2. If its half baked and just a matter 10 to 15 mins of power drop we can keep it as it is inside the oven and resume baking.
3. or we can transfer it to gas top and resume...
worst case is we won't get the desired height if power failure occurs...
