X-LER8 is my favorite alien out of all 10 I like that he doesn't get corrupted and instead helps Ben geting back to normal.

I'm going to assume Xlr8 and Fourarms returned to the omnitrix after he was cured
But being honest the omnitrix would probably do something like this in a situation like that because it is shown the alien dna inside the omnitrix does have some form of sentience

For those who are wondering why did XLR8 and FourArms escaped. It's because that in the original series ghostfreak escaped the omnitrix. So that means aliens could also escape the omnitrix.
Well I'm sure I'm really late. But ghostfreak could escape because he wasn't a DNA sample, but an actual alien trapped in the omnitrix. IF xlr8 and four arms COULD escape omnitrix (they can't) they would die immediately or have a split personality of Ben.
No,ghostfreak escape because he has still alive and after it the omnitrix itself resolve this bug and in alien force he can use him without it happens
