Edited this: these guys are freaking monsters, I'm 12 years old 150lbs deadlifted 315lbs squatted 225lbs and benched 120lbs pretty good for my age but long road ahead of me, it is on my channel.
***** actually hit a 315lbs deadlift now, 225lbs squat and 120lbs bench tho, but i am now 150lbs Bodyweight. i own 2 state records and one unofficial world record.
Will you guys get an incline bench in this gym, also would love to see someone doing some flat or incline like rhino used to do incline with 215lbs,that stuff was awesome, but anyway thanks for uploading these videos and keep them coming.
Jim McDonald i was never at supertraining gym but as you guys never film incline pressing i thought you dont have a incline bench, would be nice if Mark could explain little about incline press technique...
Gus Arundel Yeah they protects the weights and keep the concrete underneath from getting cracked. Both of our deadlift platforms now have at least a couple layers of rubber, but you can deadlift fine on just one layer.
My videos tend to feature the stronger members. There are smaller and/or weaker lifters in the gym, but remember that we're an invite only gym. Besides, there are plenty of others channels showing guys lifting lighter weights.
theworldisnotenough What he said was "work out" not "join the team." There's actually a process now and really the last thing he wants is people randomly showing up at the gym. He'd like to think we can keep the address secret or something, but that's not reality. There's an inquiry form on the gym website.
So the negativity drives u huh? To do what? Do the lifts with bad form? If u are still doing the same thing even though "the negativity drives u " then what the hell is it driving u to do
At first it looked like there were 5 plates on the right and 1 on the left, I was thinkin' "Can't wait to see this new training method"
Jim you've been crankin out the videos lately - awesome!
Good to see this new footage coming in, thanks.
Blessings
I love this channel so much. Thanks for the uploads. Gives me something to watch after lifting and before.
Jim McD thanks for your efforts, I love these videos and have been following along for years now. Great job.
My favorite exercise man! The deadlift! Strong!

Haha I have videos too and Tim doesn't
I wouldn't know, but we are two people soooo
yo' wheres Torta? He's an impressive deadlifter to watch
Are j00cy quadz a requirement for lifting at this gym?
Whats the floor mat made of that you deadlift on? Sweet set up though fellas!
They are rubber horse stall mats.
Yeah I thought they may have been. Do you find they have any give underfoot or they're pretty solid?
Gus Arundel They don't really give.
But still protect the weights? Awesome thanks for your quick response, much appreciated
Gus Arundel Yeah they protects the weights and keep the concrete underneath from getting cracked. Both of our deadlift platforms now have at least a couple layers of rubber, but you can deadlift fine on just one layer.
"Beardless Abraham lincoln" LOL
what are they sniffing o.o?
Smelling salts
Why are there no lifters in the gym that are 'weak', do you not have anyone training there that is much smaller and lifts obviously less weight?
My videos tend to feature the stronger members. There are smaller and/or weaker lifters in the gym, but remember that we're an invite only gym. Besides, there are plenty of others channels showing guys lifting lighter weights.
Silent Mike is pretty small and weak trolool
Jim McDonald Mark said you can work out if you can find us. Is that the invite?
Jim McDonald And the gym is very easy to find so if it is invite only I'd have Mark put that out there.
