  • Chlorofyll in the kitchen
    gives a natural green color and is common in spinach, kale and parsley it does not matter whether you use spinach, parsley or kale because the taste and smell of chlorophyll is neutral.
    In this video I use spinach but the same method also applies to the other vegetables to extract the chlorophyll. In the kitchen it is used to color sauces, soups, creams, pastas or dressings green but it can also be used for desserts.
