My long form videos get very few impressions, like none, and my shorts are doing okay, but can’t get past 500 views. It’s demoralizing. Thanks for the advice, I’m gunna see if it works. Specifically waiting 24hrs to publish may help. I can’t imagine what it’s like to get that many views or subs, it seems impossible. ❤congrats on your success.
I just forgot to mention this, i did briefly check out one of your vids. My advice, some intros are kinda boring, jump straight into the video to the interesting stuff that you should promise in the title. you can still cut in the intro. Do some video editing. I am not a pro but I am learning new things on youtube as I go.

The 24 hour thing might be working as the only my video that got 8.6k views was in schedule of 24h others got barely over 500 or max of 1k views. Gonna try for my next video, thank you for the content!

Thank you for the video man, this issue is happening with me since more than a month now. Shorts used to get decent views and suddenly they dropped to zero. It happened since I deleted a few of my shorts due to them not performing. Could that be the reason?
Does the delayed upload method only work for shorts or can long form also benefit from it? Also, if my channel with 1k subs is possibly glitched, what should I do? just abandon it and make another one? Isn't that counter productive? It took me 5 months to get there and lots of efforts were made, so I don't like to leave things behind. Thanks for the awesome video btw.

Schedule the upload for a few days later . Then go back to it and change it to upload now
