He's one of the rare players who can literally score *ZERO* points and still be the difference between the Warriors winning or losing. Often runs the offense, finds guys open with some crucial passes, plays shut down defense, picks people's pockets with key steals, rebounds, will occasionally block a few shots and will often match up with the opponent's best offensive player.

This was the storybook ending of the season for me. The thing I lived the most was seeing the kids like Poole get that championship experience. Seeing Wiggins come in and figure out how to win. Moody giving big minutes. Kuminga getting some run. This could be massive for their development. It's one thing to watch your stars get it done, it's a whole different thing to be a star in your role and get it done with them. They're gonna be in a really unique spot now, cause the benefits of pulling off the ring mixing young and old is that now we have some REALLY young players with championship experience, which is incredibly rare

Man...... the highs & lows, can u imagine, being drafted by the GSW's, how excited he was probably feeling on draft night after being picked by 1 of the greatest dynasties ever! Like man I'm definitely getting a chip early in my career 😆. Then in your rookie year u & your team have the worst record in the league 😔😠!! Next year can't win a play-in game to make the playoffs. That had to be a frustrating, depressing moment. But then the next year, u finally get Klay back, Wiggs comes into his own & exceeds all expectations, & u (Poole) have improved drastically, so much so that u win MIP! Now u & your teammates have come full circle to win for some of them their 4th, some 3rd, & your 1st, Championship 🏆🏆🏆🏆 All of this in only 3 short seasons, which to me is just seriously incredible! Shows just how hard they work day in & day out, to have the worst record in the league, then 2 yrs later winning another NBA Finals & another fine piece of jewelry!! Congrats guys, I love all of y'all! God bless!!

@@robglobal1 he consistently throws crazy shots while Steph is on the bench. Either Jacks up a quick 3 within 5 seconds of the shot clock or will attempt to shoot over double coverage or while trapped. A lot of those results in transition points off the turnover. He's reckless. Sometimes for the good and sometimes for the worst. But he needed to calm down during the Boston series because their defense is way better than the Mavs where he shined. Kerr made Poole earn his minutes back slowly during this series for that reason. He's young so he will grow definitely so it's all in fun because the dubs won. But could have swayed the game. There's only one Steph on that team to have that kind of a green light because it's good when it works....but costly when it doesn't.

I think the key to the Warriors' defensive success during the playoffs, is that Kerr absolutely locks on to weaknesses, and makes Defensive adjustments during each series. Look at game 1 and 2 against the Celtics, and then watch our defense after that. Kerr identified their weak ball protection and shaky control, and the Warriors started throwing hands in on every Celtics drive. Everybody talking about Celtics turning it over a ton, but the Warriors schemed to *force* those turnovers. They didn't happen in a vacuum.
The Warriors *might* not be the strongest defensive team, mostly due to size, but they may well be the single greatest defensive team during playoff series games. They won the scheme chess match in every single one of their series, to the point that not a single team could even bring them to game 7.

    • @MicrowaveWalrus

"pretty good defense" i'll let you get away with but saying Warriors have "solid" offense? Come on dude. This is historically great offense. Bulls, Spurs, Warriors. i remember i was in an internet battle earlier this year when people kept saying trade looney. every single comment i saw saying that, i had to reply and i defend the heck out of looney. i kept saying out of all the centers in the league, loon is the most stable, stick to the basics kind of center. he always has his hands up vertically when contesting, he never bites on pump fakes so he can defend quicker guards, and we have 2 paint defenders coming up in wiseman and kuminga so who else can they learn the basics from then loon. learn the basics first then add your own flare after. everybody chewed me out on it saying he just isnt enough and should be traded while his value isnt that low. now i can proudly say i was a hundred percent right. super proud of loon and also the warriors organization for not giving up on loon even through his surgeries. any other org wouldve traded him so shout out to the warriors too

Netflix should make 2021 - 2022 GSW movies.. became a dust in the last couples of years due to injuries then comeback even greater than before.. I am giving millions credit to their back office and coaching staffs for kept trusting the players as we knew most of the team would trade most of their senior fragile player but they refused to change the players.. Look how they keep young player to stay on the track not messing around creating conflicts.. Yes Ma'am.. the way poole responded back.. that's a real deal.. what an interesting stories. .

All the hate that Draymond was getting after game 3 and he actually played really well in the series overall. Sure his scoring was horrible (on low volume), but he did everything else really well if not great like he usually does. He played really well in each of their 4 wins in the series. Draymond is a deserving HOFer, period.

They had faith and friendship. The Goldenstate Warriors were not only a team but they formed a friendship. They had to develop that and find the things that worked well for them.Kerr is awesome he has been through this situation when he was a young player. He mentored the young players to do their best and the more experienced ones to look and be motivated by the younger players.I was shocked when they won especially without a home court adavantage. They were awesome and steph and the whole team deserve this.

I love that the coaching staff stresses not just good basketball habits but good character and professionalism. Dray mentioning that Steve Kerr said he has to be around even though they stunk bc of what the young guys will pick up and Andre also said he only played a minute but he wants guys like wiseman and kuminga who are impressionable to see that you still give your all in a minute and not just “play like it’s a minute”.
